Work That Runs Itself

We design, build and deploy the AI systems that answer your calls, qualify your leads and move work through your business — around the clock, without adding headcount.

01 — What we do

Five ways we take work off your plate.

Every engagement is a working system, not a proof of concept. Pick one to see what it does and what it plugs into.

AI Voice Agents

Agents that hold a real conversation on the phone — outbound and inbound. They qualify, answer questions about your business, and book straight into your calendar while the caller is still on the line.

  • Inbound & outbound
  • Calendar booking
  • CRM sync
  • Live transcripts
  • Sub-second latency

02 — Capabilities

What we build.

The building blocks behind every engagement. Most projects combine three or four.

  • A1

    AI Agents

Goal-driven agents that plan, call tools and finish a task end to end.

  • A2

    Workflow Automation

Reliable pipelines across your stack, with retries, alerts and audit trails.

  • A3

    AI Applications

Internal tools and customer products with the model at the centre, not the edge.

  • A4

    RAG & Knowledge

Your documents, policies and history made answerable — with citations, not guesses.

  • A5

    Integrations

CRM, calendar, billing, telephony and helpdesk wired into one system of record.

  • A6

    Voice Infrastructure

Numbers, routing, transcription and latency tuning — the plumbing under the agent.

03 — The system

How the whole thing fits together.

Every system we ship follows the same spine. The parts change; the shape doesn't.

  1. ? Problem The specific leak — missed calls, slow follow-up, manual re-entry.
  2. * AI The model layer that reasons, decides and speaks.
  3. # Data Your docs, records and history, retrieved with citations.
  4. + Tools Calendar, CRM, billing and telephony the agent can actually use.
  5. > Automation The workflow that runs it on schedule, on trigger, on repeat.
  6. % Outcome A booked call, a closed ticket, an updated record — measured.

04 — Process

Five steps, no mystery.

You always know what week you're in and what comes out of it.

  1. 01

    Map

We audit where time and revenue leak today, and put a number on each one.

  2. 02

    Design

We architect the system and agree the outcome it has to hit before anyone builds.

  3. 03

    Build

We build, integrate and train on your real data — not a sanitised demo set.

  4. 04

    Deploy

We launch behind a human safety net, watch it closely, then take the net away.

  5. 05

    Improve

We monitor, tune and widen the scope of whatever is already paying for itself.

05 — Outcomes

What actually changes.

Not capabilities. The difference you notice in the first month.

Every call gets answered

Nights, weekends and lunch breaks stop being holes in your pipeline.

Leads are qualified before you wake up

Your calendar fills with the conversations that are actually worth taking.

Hours come back to your team

The repetitive middle of the job moves off people and into the system.

One system instead of twelve tabs

Your tools talk to each other, so nobody is copying data between them.

Cost stops tracking volume

Twice the demand no longer means twice the headcount to serve it.

Nothing falls through

Every enquiry is logged, routed and followed up whether or not someone remembers.

06 — FAQ

Questions we get asked.

Most voice and chat deployments go live in two to four weeks. Larger automation and integration work runs six to eight. You'll get a dated plan in the design step, before any build starts.

Yes — that's the point. We connect to your CRM, calendar, telephony, helpdesk and billing rather than asking you to migrate. If something has no API, we'll tell you plainly instead of quietly building a fragile workaround.

It shouldn't, and you'll judge that before launch. We tune latency, interruption handling and phrasing until it holds a natural back-and-forth — and we tell callers they're speaking to an assistant, because pretending otherwise backfires.

It says so and hands off — to a person, a callback or a ticket, depending on what you choose. Systems that guess are worse than systems that escalate, so we design the escape hatch first.

Your data stays yours. We scope access to what the system needs, keep records in your infrastructure where possible, and document exactly what is stored, where, and for how long.

A fixed build fee for the system, then a monthly fee to run, monitor and improve it. Usage costs are passed through at cost. You get the full number before we start, not after.

Let's automate the boring part.

Bring the one process that eats your week. We'll tell you honestly whether AI should touch it — and what it would take.
